It is ridiculous to get an appointment. I phoned around five past eight and got a recorded message saying "all lines were busy" by the eigth time I phoned, I got put on hold - position 29 in the queue. 15 minutes later, I eventually get through and am told there are no more appointments today.
This is not good enough, and as I am 17 I am unable to use the online services yet.
I will not be able to phone for an appointment during the day next week as I will be in college.
I am honestly considering changing doctors as you should be able to get an appointment when you phone. Especially considering phone lines only open at 8am - if all appointments are gone by 20 past 8 it is not good enough service.

I phoned the practice at 8.30am, on the first day after the Easter holiday, to make an routine appointment to see a doctor. The holding message said I was number 26 in the queue. My call was answered in 10 minutes and I was offered an appointment at 10.50am that morning. The examining doctor wanted to refer me to a colleague for a second opinion and this second appointment was made for 8am the following day. This is outstanding service given all the current public debate and criticisms about waiting times to make appointments with GPs. This practice seems very organised and efficient.

Tower hill medical centre is excellent good parking facilities receptionists very helpful and a good selection of doctors I prefer to visit Dr Bath as he listens and treats you with respect the treatment I receive is very good

Practise much bigger than before. Been a dew times now. Very new and most people friendly and helpful. Quite busy but lots of staff. Hearing lots in news about waiting times and too many patients but my doctor doesnt seem affected by that and always speaks to me like he has all the time in the world and always smiling. Glad to see not everywhere affected like you see in the news. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely difficult to get an appointment within a week for minor problems on line. Telephone lines very busy in the morning.
